With nearly a decade of experience in corporate finance at Fortune 50 companies, Dinah brings profound insights into stress management and burnout prevention. Having navigated her own challenges with stress-induced health issues, Dinah discovered the profound impact of holistic modalities such as meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, and Reiki. She understands the ups and downs of every day life, and her mission is to share the gifts of these ancient modalities to help you alleviate the stressors of our modern time. These practices work to balance the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing our bodies to operate effectively in the rest and digest mode which supports the body’s natural healing process.
